     Mountain Rehabilitation Services, LLC provides physical and occupational therapy throughout southeastern Kentucky. Established in 2002, our team of professionals provide therapeutic services to individuals and families across the region.  Employing over 30 Physical & Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, techs and office staff, we are well prepared to care for those in need. Working within a variety of settings; inpatient, outpatient, home health, adult day care and pediatrics we have the capacity to fulfill the entire spectrum of rehabilitative needs.
